Job Description : -   
  • Responsible for all Quality engineering functions across the plant
  • Monitoring and maintain of incoming part Quality as per QS quality   standards
  • Responsible for supplier performance / in-house processes/warranty analysis and improvement through TPM/ QMS approach, Kaizen, Poka yoke implementations
  • Support Purchase and VD dept. in Supplier selection through system audit/evaluation
  • Create and maintain Quality Systems that are in compliance with various quality standards and regulations that mainly include QMS/ISO standards.
  • Joint analysis for market failures along-with supplier & Dealership
  • Provide recommendations and solutions regarding problems related to quality aspects across organization and cross functional linkages for quality
  • Catalyst for initiative like quality month, Kaizen workshop, TPM, QMS internal/ external audits
  • Represent company during client visits, audits and inspections.
  • Analyze inspection findings to determine significance of issues and formulate action plans necessary for qualityimprovement.

Sr. Manager - Service

Experience required: – 7 to 9 years

Job Description : -   
  • Overseeing Service related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting PAN India.
  • Monitoring new and exsitng product performance and coordination between field/HO/QA/for field issues.
  • Conduct Field activity planning- Training program/service camp/customer meets/Local Mechanic meet/Dealer Assessment.
  • Conduct regular training for inhouse service team and dealer service team.
  • Compile Technical failures / Concerns from Area and consolidate it and take it up with suggestions to Quality and R&D Team.
  • Ensuring the smooth execution of system implementation at the Dealer Point.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of Customer & Dealer grievances to maintain cordial Company-Dealer-Customer relations and achieving customer delight.
  • Ensuring optimized parts availability at Dealer point.
  • Coordinate with sales department to resolve Dealer & Customer grievances.
  • Streamlining efforts for process enhancement & improving Service Support systems through Dealer.
  • Conducting research of existing service Support system & accordingly carry out improvement on existing systems.
  • Analyzing various product failures at the field and recommending modifications and product up gradation to enhance the customer satisfaction level.
  • Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
  • To carry out training programs of mechanics & customers to optimize product knowledge.
  • Study and analyze the CSI report and identify key issues and actions common to dealers in the area.
  • Review periodically and monitor the improvement actions for CSI.

Territory Manager - Exports

  • Responsible for developing the assigned international markets.
  • Responsible for Developing and driving export sales activity by considering the sales offers and evaluating potential in the assigned international markets.
  • Planning Business Visits to establish and maintain strong relationships with the Prospective & Potential Customers and Existing Customers
  • Regular follow up with prospective clients about their feedback regarding the designs or Product Catalogue whichever has been sent to them.
  • Research & analyse the selling and distribution strategies adopted by the Global Competitors, follow new trends of marketing implements to target the prospects (Distributors, Dealers) in order to increase market share.
  • Formulating Marketing & Brand positioning strategies & Executing ATL BTL activities in the assigned territory to boost sales.
  • To participate in International Exhibitions, Trade Fairs & Conferences to represent Fieldking.
  • Coordinating with HO for the production of goods and dispatch well on time.
  • Pre & Post shipment follow-up regarding quality & exploring prospects for the future orders.
