Sanjay Sofat

CEO

Sanjay is a recent hire in the company, working as the CEO,embarking a bold new transition into the agritech sector. This isn't simply a career change, it is a journey into uncharted territory leaving behind the three decades of experience in familiar sectors of FMCG, Retail & Telecom with companies like Amul, Subhiksha, Idea Cellular & Vodafone Idea. He has added a fresh perspective & value to the company through his deep understanding of consumer needs, managing complex distribution, enhancing effortless experience to customers. Experienced in establishment and development of new businesses, systems, procedures, controls, SOPs and new age HR Practices through digitisation and simplified workflows. He is B.Tech in Agril. Engg. from PAU Ludhiana and has done his PGDRM in Rural Marketing from IRMA, Gujarat. An astute business leader with proven abilities of P&L handling, Business Planning, Sales & Distribution Operations, Customer Service, Revenue Management, Branding, Exports & Manufacturing. Extremely adept at working closely with Top management & Board members in formulating & implementing business strategies, GTM models, tactical operations programs to address high growth, market segments, trade & consumer needs.

He is a professional with effective communication and ethically committed to self and others progress in organisation and society through upgrading skills and competencies with persistent endeavours. Courage, Innovation, Communication, Integrity and Ethics are part of his value system. SAP, Strong Strategic Corporate & Sales HR base with requisite experience in IR, Compliance, Pharma, Retail, Sales & Marketing and Engineering HR understanding are some of his skills acquired during his career journey of companies like ABB, Reliance Retail, Ranbaxy, Akorn Inc (US) and now in the current company. A Law graduate and MBA(HR) from Xavier Institute, Ajay as AVP–HR has been leading the entire gamut of Human Resources function, encompassing talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development along with Legal and CSR. His leadership has strengthened HR/Admin/IR/Legal/CSR of the company and leading towards Great Place to Work.

Rajiv Harjai
AVP-FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

Rajiv Harjai is the AVP – Finance & Accounts at Fieldking, where he has been successfully leading the department for the past six years. With a strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of organizational controls, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, improving process efficiency, and supporting strategic business decisions. He brings a rich professional background with prior experience in reputed companies such as Sukhbir Agro Energy Ltd., Best Foods Ltd., Umang Dairies, and Haryana Milk Foods Ltd. With a well-rounded career in the food, dairy, and agro-industrial sectors, Rajiv is known for his structured approach, attention to detail, and ability to drive financial discipline across teams. His leadership continues to contribute significantly to Fieldking’s financial stability and long-term growth.

Prashant Jindal
PRESIDENT-OPERATIONS

With nearly 36 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, he has built a distinguished career working with some of the most reputed organizations, including Tata Motors, Delphi Automotive Systems (India and USA), Sona Okegawa, Hi-Tech Gears, Advik Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd., Shaktiman, Sonalika, and JBM. An alumnus of NIT Allahabad with a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and an MBA graduate from Symbiosis, Pune, he combines strong technical grounding with strategic management capabilities. His extensive expertise in Lean Manufacturing and TPM has enabled him to lead numerous initiatives that enhanced productivity, quality, and operational excellence. Over the years, he has earned a strong reputation for driving continuous improvement and building high-performance manufacturing systems across globally recognized companies.

AVP- PURCHASE

A seasoned Purchase Head with over 28 years of rich experience in strategic sourcing, vendor development, and cost optimization. Associated with BUPL for the past 9 years, playing a key role in strengthening procurement processes and supply chain efficiency. Brings valuable expertise from past tenures at BSL Scaffolding Ltd., Sietz Technologies, and Unilink Engineering. Holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, combining strong technical understanding with commercial acumen.

Lalit Kumar
AVP-R & D (IMPLEMENTS)

He is currently working as AVP – R&D at Fieldking, bringing over 24 years of rich experience in product design, development, and innovation. With a strong academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Started career from automotive industry and worked with Tier 1 & Car OEMs, later shifted to agriculture implements industry. He has led multiple initiatives in agricultural mechanization and industrial product development. His core competencies include new product development, value engineering, and driving innovation to align with market and customer needs. Passionate about creating globally competitive products.

Muzaffar Hasnain
AVP-R & D (MCH & SQUARE BALER)

He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience and expertise in Design & Development for various automotive (2-wheelers, 3-wheelers) as well as off-highway automotive (lawn mowers, combine harvesters, off-highway utility vehicles, etc.) products. Working as AVP- R & D (MCH ), his experience includes managing large teams, leading cross-functional teams (CFT), and handling all aspects of running the department product strategic planning, budgeting, resource management, etc. He is an engineer who has worked in many reputed organizations in past like Hero Motors, Eicher Motors, John Deere India, CLASS India to name a few.

He is currently heading Marketing at Fieldking. Armed with an MBA in Marketing, he has worked across diverse industries including retail, FMCG, consumer durables, and building materials. Each sector brought unique challenges and learning opportunities, shaping his comprehensive understanding of brand building. His expertise spans managing product positioning in the highly competitive FMCG space, enhancing brand recall in consumer durables, crafting trust-based narratives in building materials, and driving consumer engagement in fast-paced retail environments. Supported by his strong academic foundation and rich cross-industry experience, he consistently delivers strategic, meaningful, and long-lasting brand value for every organization he has been part of. He has worked in reputed organizations like Shopper Stop Ltd., Hindware, Merino Industries Ltd., Studds Accessories Ltd, Laborate Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Etc.

Naveen Dindyal is an accomplished Senior Manager with over 18 years of experience in the Agricultural Equipment Manufacturing and Healthcare industries. An MBA graduate, he brings strong expertise in Costing & Analytics, ERP, Inside Sales, OEM , Dispatch & Logistics. He has led key organisational initiatives, including the successful implementation of ERP systems, development of comprehensive SOPs, and design of efficient, scalable processes that strengthen operational control. His deep understanding of costing and pricing supports strategic decision-making and drives business performance.He has played a significant role in building and leading high-performing inside sales teams focused on customer satisfaction, while managing OEM partnerships that enhance the company’s growth and market reach. His leadership in dispatch and logistics ensures reliable delivery and seamless support for the sales function.

With over 30 years of experience in the rural market, Saurabh has worked with several leading tractor manufacturers, including Mahindra & Mahindra, TAFE, Escorts, CNH, and the ITL Group. His career spans almost every region of India, giving him deep insight into diverse markets and customer needs. Being a mechanical engineer along with a degree of MBA, he has a strong track record in network development, new product establishment, and leading teams with a clear vision—mentoring and shaping many into effective team leaders.

He has been a recent entry to the organization. He is heading Sales in India-2 and Service for pan India operations. A seasoned sales and service leader overseeing half of India, driving business growth through strong channel development and customer-centric strategies. Proven expertise in building high-performance teams and delivering consistent revenue and service excellence. A dynamic sales leader, with BE and MBA degree, heading operations across half of India, known for driving growth, strengthening networks, and delivering consistent market performance. He brings rich experience from leading organizations such as Stanley Black & Decker, STIHL, Greaves Cotton Ltd., and Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd.

He was previously associated with esteemed organizations such as Yokohama Off-Highway Tires and BKT Tires, managing a diverse and strategic portfolio across major European markets. Armed with a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Symbiosis International University, he is also certified in six sigma. He is Known for building high-performing global networks, driving customer success, and leading cross-functional initiatives to support new product introductions and long-term business growth.

Ltd., which have shaped his expertise in developing markets and driving growth. Having completed his engineering in Russia, he seamlessly connects with clients in the region, strengthening business relations.
