Job Description : -
- Define & execute marketing and sales strategy in line with organizations objectives with both top line and bottom line growth
- Identify, appoint, develop and manage strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper distribution across the assigned territory
- Identify, appoint, develop and manage a team of capable and motivated sales and marketing professionals in the territory assigned
- Managing customer- centric operations & ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Lead market research to position existing products and envisage future business opportunities
- Conduct thorough consumer research, identify promotional avenues and evolving points of sale
- Develop pricing strategy & product mix with clear understanding of company, consumer and competition
- Lead brand building, visibility and recall initiatives for Fieldking brand across territory through effective ATL/BTL activities
- Identify and drive new revenue streams such as parts, new products etc
- Evaluate marketing budget deployment periodically and ensure adherence to planned initiatives and expenses
- Developing customer satisfaction programs, managing key account service strategy as well as conducting customer satisfaction measurement & feedback analysis
